We investigate the apps, companies, policies, technologies, and everyday practices that shape people’s experiences, especially where small frustrations may reveal larger patterns. Our work combines reporting, supporting documents, lived experience, community participation, and practical advocacy for fairer, more transparent, and more accountable systems.
