S2-02 took the same lightweight philosophy and applied it to people a driver might want to remember.
The worksheet contained two tabs. Key People stored a name, organization and notes for people such as restaurant managers, store staff, building staff or other useful contacts. Customer Info used name, location and notes for information the driver personally chose to keep.
The privacy boundary was explicit: this information would be manually entered. The app was not to scrape names, addresses or customer details from DoorDash, Uber Eats, notifications, screenshots or accessibility services. The records stayed local, and note contents were not to leak into analytics or debug logs.
This was never intended to become a CRM. It was a driver’s notebook with a little structure – searchable, editable and persistent – built because real work creates small pieces of context that are easy to forget and occasionally very useful to remember.
