Some will come directly from driver frustrations; others will wander into dogs, cats, call centres, restaurants and the strange logic of apps. The recurring rule is simple: Rufus treats the ridiculous situation as if it is perfectly normal.
The category also gives SOAPSzone a pressure-release valve. Gig work can involve real financial stress, unsafe situations and maddening software. Humor does not make those problems unimportant. Sometimes it makes them easier to recognize—and easier to talk about.
